💛 Terms and Conditions When Booking Your Appointment

At Caribbean Braids, we value your time, our time, and that of our entire team. To provide you with high-quality service and maintain an organized, respectful experience, we kindly ask that you read the following policies carefully before confirming your appointment:

⏰ Punctuality

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period.
  • If you arrive between 15 and 30 minutes late, a penalty fee of $200 MXN will apply, provided we are still able to attend to you without affecting other appointments.
  • If the delay exceeds 30 minutes or interferes with our schedule, the appointment will be automatically canceled with no refund.

📅 Changes and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be changed with at least 3 days’ notice.
  • After this period, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
  • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, arrival beyond the grace period, or cancellation outside the allowed time frame.

🧼 Hair Preparation

  • It is essential to arrive with clean, detangled, and completely dry hair.
  • This ensures quality results and protects the health of your scalp.
  • If the hair is not in proper condition, an additional preparation fee may be applied or the appointment may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

🚫 Scalp Health

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide services to clients with fungal infections, irritation, wounds, or active allergies on the scalp.
  • If any of these conditions are present, the appointment will be canceled with no refund.

💳 Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit to secure your spot.
  • The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service on the day of your appointment.

💬 Right of Admission and Conduct

  • At Caribbean Braids, we maintain an environment of respect, empathy, and positive energy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service in cases of disrespectful, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior toward our team or other clients.
  • We want this to be a space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and happy.

📷 Photo and Content Policy

  • Some sessions may be recorded or photographed to share the process and results on our social media or in our catalogs.
  • If you prefer that your image not be used, please let us know before your service begins.
  • We love celebrating your transformation, but we will always respect your privacy.
