🌿 Do braids damage your hair?

No. Braids are a protective hairstyle that helps reduce the use of heat and chemicals. With proper care, they protect your hair and support healthy growth.

‍♀️ Do braids cause hair loss?

No. The hair you notice when removing braids is completely natural. We lose between 50 and 100 hairs every day, but when your hair is braided, those hairs cannot fall out until the style is taken down.

That’s why it may seem like more hair is falling out, when in reality it is simply the hair that would have shed naturally.

🌸 What are the benefits of braiding your hair?

It protects your natural hair, reduces frizz, encourages growth, and allows you to look beautiful without heat or chemicals. Plus… it gives you freedom and confidence!

🌿 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3 to 5 days in advance, especially if you want a specific date or a weekend appointment. This allows us to prepare everything needed for your service.

⏰ What happens if I arrive late?

  • You have a 15-minute grace period.
  • If you arrive 15 to 30 minutes late, a $200 MXN penalty will apply, only if we are still able to attend to you.
  • More than 30 minutes late = automatic cancellation with no refund.

📅 Can I change my appointment?

  • Yes, you may modify it with at least 3 days’ notice.
  • After that time, no changes or refunds are accepted.

🚫 What if I don’t show up?

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you do not arrive or cancel outside the allowed time, the appointment is forfeited.

🧼 How should I prepare my hair?

Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and completely dry. This ensures a quality result and protects your scalp.

👭 Can I bring someone with me?

Our space is designed for you to relax and enjoy your appointment. For this reason, companions are not allowed, except for minors or special cases with prior notice.

⏳ How long does the appointment take?

  • It depends on the chosen style: between 2 and 8 hours.
  • When booking, we will let you know the estimated time based on your look.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
  • The deposit is applied to the total on the day of your appointment.

🌀 Do you offer a guarantee or adjustments after the service?

Yes. We offer a free check within the first 3 days after your service in case any braid has loosened or needs adjustment. After that time, it is considered maintenance.

⏱️ How long can I keep my braids?

Generally between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the style and how you care for them. We will give you tips to keep them looking flawless.

‍♀️ What is the minimum length required for braiding?

Your hair should be at least 15 cm (about 6 inches) long to ensure a firm and long-lasting result. If you’re not sure, send us a photo and we’ll advise you.
