However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we share our policies to ensure clarity and a fair, respectful experience.

🧼 Products

  • All our products are carefully inspected before shipping.
  • Returns are not accepted due to personal preference, color changes, or customer errors when selecting a product.
  • If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange by notifying us within the first 24 hours after delivery.
  • To validate your request, you must send a photo or video of the product and keep the original packaging.
  • If the product is available, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. If not, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a store credit for your next purchase.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, except when the error was ours.

  • We ship throughout Mexico using certified courier services.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
  • Caribbean Braids is not responsible for delays caused by the courier; however, we will provide support and follow up until your order is delivered.
